GSC TikTok Challenge contest rules
These are the Official Rules for the GSC TikTok Challenge Contest (“Contest”). The contest begins on 15th February, 2022, and ends on 31st March, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. Malaysian time. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with TikTok.
Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens or permanent residents of all ages with valid mailing address. Not open to employees and immediate family members (spouse, parent, siblings and children) of Global Synergy Concepts Sdn Bhd (GSC). Immediate family members of GSC employees are ineligible for a prize but may post a TikTok video as participation.
How to Enter
To enter, Participant must submit:
- An original TikTok video of their own creativity with any of products under GSC’s brand distribution (UNIQ, ITSKINS, SKINARMA, ENERGEA, AMAZINGTHING, MOFT, VIVA MADRID, LYFRO, ONETTO, SOLIDE).
- Every video submission MUST include the hashtag #GSCtiktokchallenge.
- No new purchase necessary to enter the contest.
- All accounts submitting the video must be set to public.
By submitting the video(s), the Participant automatically confirms that he/she agrees to all official rules.
Video Entry Deadline
Deadline to submit video(s) is 31st March, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Malaysian time.
Grand Prize: Apple iPad Mini 6
1st Prize: Apple Watch Series 7
2nd Prize: Apple AirPods 3rd Gen
3rd Prize: Apple AirTag (2 units)
Consolation Prize x6: Cash voucher worth RM50 (to be redeemed on GSC official e-commerce website)
GSC will select winner(s) from among all Participants who have complied with these Official Contest Rules. GSC’s decision with respect to the selection of the potential winner(s) shall be final. Participants need not be physically present to win. The potential winner(s) will be notified via email/call in the month of April 2022.
Contest Video Details
- Multiple video submissions are allowed but only one submission per entrant may win a prize.
- Video(s) may be up to 15 seconds or string up to four 15-second TikTok videos.
- Video(s) must include a product of any of GSC Brands.
- Participant may use a smart phone to film the video and must be vertical (portrait) format for TikTok.
- Video(s) must be live action or animation, no PowerPoint slides allowed.
- Video(s) must not use copyrighted images or music.
- Videos must not infringe the privacy or personality rights of any person(s) or deceased person(s).
- Participant must comply with the Terms of Service of TikTok, which provides that in order to access or use the services the person must be 13 years or older, cannot make available material which is defamatory to any person, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful, racist, discriminatory, or inflammatory: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service?lang=en

Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and holds harmless and indemnifies GSC and TikTok, and each of their directors, officers, employees, or agents, against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising from either the Participant’s participation or the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in this Contest.
