15th Anniversary Super Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Campaign” refers to one-to-one Casing Exchange and "The Promoter" refers to Global Synergy Concepts Sdn Bhd whose Facebook and Instagram handles are @globalsynergyconcepts and @globalsynergyconceptsofficial respectively.
- By entering The Campaign you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Campaign is open only to residents of Malaysia who are existing users of The Promoter’s products. - No purchase necessary. Participants will not be required to pay to enter The Campaign.
- Participants must be over 18 years old on the date of their Exchange.
- Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in The Campaign.
- Only one Exchange per casing category per person will be accepted. New item to be exchanged is based on stock availability only. The Promoter will not be held liable if the item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. No negotiation for alternative product other than specific selection made available will be entertained.
- Each participant shall enter The Campaign by contacting us by phone call or WhatsApp text at +6011 5989 0370 to confirm the product category to be exchanged and to make an appointment.
- Casing Swaps are to be physically conducted only during The Promoter’s opening hours on Mondays through Fridays, from 10am to 6pm, within the vicinity of The Promoter’s main headquarter location at:
10-3-6, Block 10, Queen’s Avenue, Jalan Bayam, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, MY. - Each participant must present their old casing to be exchanged for a new casing of the same device compatibility. Only one (1) old casing to be exchanged for one (1) new casing.
- Each participant shall have their photograph taken with The Campaign’s prop as part of The Promoter’s marketing for The Campaign. Each participant shall then share the photo on their social media accounts and tag The Promoter ( Facebook @globalsynergyconcepts or; Instagram @globalsynergyconceptsofficial ) and three (3) other users on the post, to be eligible to receive a 20% discount gift voucher to shop on The Promoter’s official website.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend The Campaign or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The participant’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the participant has made the Swap.
- The name, address, email address and/or phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
